Dave Cogar has served as the District 8 Commissioner for both baseball and softball since 2012. Previously, he served as a manager, volunteer, and board member for the Greater Manassas Baseball League for nearly 20 years, including six terms as league president. Dave also served three seasons as a volunteer assistant coach in the Harrison County Little League in the early 1980s after completing his education at Fairmont State College (now University). Professionally, he has worked for AT&T for almost 30 years with experience in billing, sales, customer support, and contract program management.
