FREE 'PDF' GENERATOR:
This program will allow you to "Print" to create a 'PDF' file from a Microsoft Word or Excel saved file. Simply download
and install the program. Then select the "PrimoPDF" printer from your Windows print window.
Use the Babe Ruth Excel Tournament Bracket program in conjunction with this program to update your tournament brackets, convert to
a 'PDF' file and then upload to your web site. Users that do not have Microsoft Excel available will still be able to view the brackets using
the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program...

Note to Windows XP users:
In order for these programs to work correctly, the following change must be made to each program's "Compatibility Mode" settings.
1) Right-click on the icon used to start the program and left-click on Properties.
2) Select the Compatibility tab at the top of the window.
3) Check the Disable visual themes box.
4) Click OK to close the window.

Roster for Baseball Updated 11-18-07
This program allows you to create a baseball team roster including players, managers and coaches. Data can be entered manually or imported from a comma delimited text file such as a CSV file saved from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The roster can be saved for later revision. Rosters can be printed in either the regular season format or the official Babe Ruth All-Star format. In addition, the program can be used to print Babe Ruth birth cards for an entire team or for individual players.

BRACKET BUILDER 3:
An easy to use program that lets you build, edit and print double elimination tournament brackets for 3 through 12 teams.
A startup option allows you to decide how you want each game's details displayed. You can choose to have the Day, Date and Time for each
game shown directly in the bracket or displayed as a seperate list at the bottom of the page.

DOUBLE-PLAY 2:
This program handles both baseball and softball. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of Babe Ruth leagues. It provides an easy
way to enter and maintain detailed information on player registrations and team rosters as well as managers, coaches and volunteers. It can
generate several kinds of printed reports and lists including regular season team rosters in Babe Ruth approved format, with or without Babe
Ruth or Cal Ripken logos. This program can be used for both 12 and under and 13 through 18 year old age groups.

CARD-PRINT:

Use this program to print names and birth dates on Babe Ruth Baseball and Softball I.D. cards before sending them off to headquarters to be
laminated. Data can be entered manually, retrieved from a CardPrint database or imported from a comma delimited text file such as a CSV file
saved from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In order to import, you will need to know the directory where the file is stored, the name of the
file to import and the fields where the NAME and BIRTH DATE information is stored.

SCHEDULER:
Input the days of the week, times, and fields and the program will automatically generate your schedule. Scheduler
can be easily changed to handle time changes and rain outs. Prints a master schedule for the entire league.

E-SCOREBOOK:
Use your laptop to keep score at the game or enter data after the game and let the program figure the stats. You can import League, Team and Player information from
DoublePlay or you can manually setup Leagues and Teams and enter Player information.

Instructions for Downloading and Installing Programs:
- Click the "Download Now" button associated with the file you want to download. Depending on what browser you use you may see a dialog box that asks you what
you would like to do with this file. If so, select the option that lets you 'Save the program to disk', then click OK.
- In the 'Save as' dialog box, select a folder on your hard drive where you want to save the file. One of the easiest things to do
is to save the file to the 'Desktop'. That way it is easy to find. If you decide to save to a folder, be sure to note which one so you can
find it again. Once a locations is selected, click 'Save'.
- When the file has finished downloading, go to the folder (or the 'Desktop') where you saved the file and double-click on the
file to begin installing the program. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
TIP: If you forget where the downloaded file was saved, select 'Find' from Windows' Start menu and search for the file's name.
